“Hopefully, somewhere in this writing we’ll find something worthwhile”

Hopefully, somewhere is a workshop introducing writing as a creative tool to better engage with our personal world. The workshop is open to people with any experience of writing, and especially to those who would like to explore and use writing both creatively and critically.

The workshop will be broken into two halves – the first half will explore the history of creative and reactionary writing and the second half into a series of writing exercises which will allow participants to produce their own pieces of writing responding to the themes of the workshop.

Hopefully, somewhere will be run by Devon Forrester-Jones, an artist-writer based in Liverpool and current writer-in-residence at Humber Street Gallery. The workshop is hosted in collaboration with Humber Street Gallery and Corridor8.

Free, drop-in.
