Summary

This packed theatrical treat is the first joint production by The Northern Academy of Performing Arts and the City of Hull Music Service.

We Are The Future explores how today’s young generation can achieve their potential and embrace the journey of life. Using music, singing, dance and drama, we will follow the ups and downs of growing up, from first day at school, to first kiss.

The Albemarle’s 60+ piece youth orchestra provides a full-bodied soundtrack to complement NAPA’s 200-strong chorus of singers, dancers and selection of brilliant soloists, all under the expert supervision of conductor Paul Frankish, direct from London’s West End.

If you want to experience what Hull has to offer in the way of culture then this is your perfect opportunity. This talented array of young performers are the next generation of creatives. They will inherit the legacy of Hull 2017 and shape our cultural landscape for years to come. Support them and get a glimpse of what the future holds in store.
