Hull born and bred Rebecca Robyns is both the project lead and founder of EYESeeMe: a charity helping disadvantaged children from the poorest parts of southeast Asia. Using digital cameras as a tool for social change and personal empowerment, children are taught basic photography and asked to photograph their world to create images of special meaning to them. Rebecca’s event will showcase the children’s individual stories – sharing their needs, hopes and dreams for the future – and her latest unseen work in Nepal.
