Summary

Cheer on more than 1,000 young racers as Hull City Centre becomes a race circuit.

60 teams of young drivers will race self-built electric cars around the Guildhall and Queens Gardens, reaching speeds of up to 30mph as they battle it out for pole position.

Aimed at encouraging young people into engineering, Project Blyth is run by Greenpower Education Trust and funded by Green Port Hull and the Careers and Enterprise Company.
