Ten days celebrating colour and the freedom to play – installations by some of the most exciting creative minds from the worlds of contemporary art, design and architecture – using the specialist coloured paper, Colorplan, from Hull company G . F Smith.
Leading artists and designers have been invited to play with the most fundamental creative material – paper.
The World’s Favourite Colour has now also been revealed as Marrs Green. A pop-up shop is situated opposite Humber Street Gallery until the end of the exhibition on July 9.
The creatives participating in Paper City are Adam Holloway, Max Lamb, Lazerian, Made Thought, Jacqui Poncelet, Joanna Sands, Bethan Laura Wood and Richard Woods, all of whom have been invited to play with the most fundamental creative material – paper.
Please note, Paper City takes place in various locations around the Fruit Market and closes at 6pm Monday to Sunday, with the exception of Thursday, where the exhibition closes at 8pm.
