Summary

Having written extensively for stage, screen and print, Phil is a great philanthropist and public servant, instrumental in many regeneration projects on Merseyside including Liverpool’s year as European City of Culture 2008.

He’s now returned to creative writing with the first of a series of novels – Highbridge – published in January, and will be talking about this and his extensive career.
