Summary
Join writers Malu Halasa and Robin Yassin-Kassab and writer and filmmaker Zaher Omareen for a discussion on cultural resistance in the country – why it frightens UK terrorism authorities and how Syrian art and culture has changed the way in which the conflict is perceived at home and abroad.
The panel will also include short films by Syrian artists and Syria’s Mobile Film Festival.
