The Humber estuary, its canals and tributaries, has inspired artists for centuries. Painted landscapes, riverscapes and industrial views are shown alongside displays of social and maritime history. Oral history recordings will tell stories of life on the Humber.

Humber Estuary: Changing Views is a Humber Museum Partnership (HMP) project and is funded by Arts Council England. It features historic paintings and social history items on loan from HMP partners and a range of public museums and private collectors. It also includes contemporary works by Stephen Todd.
