Summary

Cliff Forshaw has collaborated with synasthetic composer Deborah Pritchard and trumpeter Simon Desbruslais to celebrate the twin ‘Voyage’ statues created by Icelandic artist Steinunn Thórarinsdóttir.
An exhibition of Cliff’s large Hull cityscape paintings will be on show at the Brook Street Gallery, Prospect Centre. Then over to Hull Central Library for a performance of Voyage for Solo Trumpet in which Cliff’s poems merge with Deborah’s composition and Simon’s playing to transport us on an imaginative journey through time and over sea to the ‘Voyage’ sister statue in Vik, Iceland.
