The Virtuoso Violin

In a programme that will include iconic sonatas for two violins by Prokofiev and Ysaÿe, framed by a selection of duos by Telemann, Bach and Bartók, two of the most exciting violinists of the younger generation will explore the far-reaching possibilities of their instruments, a 1721 Stradivarius and a 1751 Guadagnini respectively.
