The sculptor Brian Griffiths has invited a number of friends, family, and colleagues, (mostly real) to make puppets of themselves for his new exhibition at Artlink, So He Pulled The Right Levers And You Did the Asking, running October 9 to December 14, 2017. Alongside his Show, Brian will be running two free workshops that explore ideas and forms of self-expression: one for adults and one for children.

Come and make a simple puppet with artist Brian Griffiths.

Create a self puppet, a version or an extension of yourself through improvised making. What can a puppet say about you? How can a puppet communicate? What can a puppet say that you can’t? An opportunity to build an object that has meaning and uniqueness to you!

Come along and make something to express your thoughts and ideas through another.
