The event series is a catalyst for change, bringing hospitality leaders and young people together to celebrate hospitality careers and to inspire the next generation. Thus far, 3,500 hospitality leaders have engaged in the campaign and helped to deliver over 67,000 new career starts for young people (including apprenticeships, jobs and work placements).

The Big Hospitality Conversation is a conference to inspire young people to see hospitality as a career of choice with industry speakers and panel discussions about work experience, apprenticeships and employment opportunities. The event then follows for a showcase lunch followed by a careers fair.

To date over 3,500 Chief Executives and HR Directors have connected with young jobseekers across the UK to generate over 67,000 pledges.
