Summary

Morning Session, 10am – 1pm (£30)

The morning will consist of a drawing activity. Artist Jake Attree will bring his sketchbooks and larger finished drawings to outline to the participants what he does, followed by a demonstration to show how he approaches drawing.

The group will then devote the rest of the morning to making their own drawings with helpful input from Jake.

Afternoon Session, 2pm – 4:30pm (£10)

The afternoon will begin with a talk with artist Jake Attree, his experiences as an artist, followed by a series of one-to-one sessions, looking at portfolio work and some advice on approaching galleries and how participants might go about building a career in the arts.

How this is done will be as individual as the artists who are doing it. So, come, to one or both sessions – whichever you like, you will be very welcome!
