Douglas Dunn opens an exhibition of Hull related first edition poetry books with a reading from his ground breaking first collection Terry Street published in 1967. A graduate of Hull University, Dunn worked in the library with Larkin who became a mentor. Elegies,1985, written in response to the death of his first wife earned him further critical and popular success.
