2017 and its legacy will change Hull for the better, as the city becomes the centre of culture for the whole of the UK. Our partners are the key to making that happen.
Becoming City of Culture is going to have a huge impact on Hull. But we can only make this happen with the support of dozens of organisations and thousands of people from across Hull and the UK. We’re seeking partnerships with public and private funders, trusts and foundations, businesses and individuals to help us to achieve our fundraising target of at least £18m and to deliver a transformational year in 2017.
We are interested in working with businesses and organisations who want to help us make Hull a better place for the people who live and work here, in particular those who have a presence in Hull or a connection to the city, and an interest in being here for the long haul.
We have designed a flexible partnerships framework that allows any business or organisation, large or small, to support the project. We work with each organisation to create a bespoke package and build a real partnership, and in early 2016 we launched our Business Club specifically designed for smaller local businesses. Find out more about the Business Club online.
Partnership with Hull 2017 offers the opportunity to associate with world-class arts and cultural activity, generate brand awareness in Hull and across the UK, build relationships and markets, engage and motivate your staff, and add value for your stakeholders, customers and clients.
