Film: Hull Schools Discover Diversity

Priory Primary School’s year 6 class take a look at diversity and what your identity means.

We’re nearly a month into our Freedom Season. The past week has seen a celebration of freedom like no other in the form of LGBT 50, marking the 50th anniversary of the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in the UK.

We want everyone in the city to be involved and understand the importance of this celebration. So earlier this year our No Limits learning programme teamed up with creative education company, One Day Creative, to bring a number of creative workshops to schools to look at themes such as equality and freedom. We went down to Priory Primary School to check out what they were doing in their workshops focusing on the subject of diversity.
