Challenge Hull Week #20 – ‘Meditate and Contemplate’

How often do you allow yourself time to take advantage of some peace and quiet? Hull & East Riding Institute for the Blind (HERIB) is inviting you to do exactly that in this week’s challenge…

‘Meditate and Contemplate’

DO:

Sit quietly, reflect and take in your surroundings. Notice the sounds as well as the sights – enjoy just being in the moment.

IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE MORE TIME:

Try to go somewhere new, notice how different your newfound place feels and take time to appreciate the everyday.

THINK:

What did you notice when you began to watch and listen to the world around you?

SHARE:

Share a video or a photo to express your experience of calmness using #ChallengeHull. You can then tag Hull 2017 (on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and HERIB (on Facebook and Twitter) to inspire others.
