Challenge Hull Week #11 – ‘Conga of Culture’

MONDAY 13 MARCH

National Citizen Service (NCS) is asking you this week to let the rhythm move your feet!

‘CONGA OF CULTURE’

DO:

Try to create the longest and craziest conga that you can! Get as many members of the public, your workplace, your school or community group as possible to join you in your conga – are you up for the challenge?

We at Hull 2017 have already done ours (see header)!

IF YOU HAVE A LITTLE MORE TIME:

Can you experiment with the speed of your conga? Try one in super-slow motion, or speed it up and see how the movement changes. Perhaps alternate the leader of your conga to involve as many people as you can. This may help to get you in the mood to dance…

THINK:

How did you feel while doing the conga? Who did you collaborate with? Can you ask a particular group of people to do this challenge with you?

SHARE:

Send us a video or a photo of your conga this week. Use #ChallengeHull and share your challenge on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. You can then tag Hull 2017 (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and NCS (on Twitter).

We’re looking to see who can make the longest!

Check our social media channels or our website here next Monday for your next challenge. And don’t forget to share all the challenges (including your own) with others to encourage them to get stuck in too.

Good luck!
